"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. "Room was neglected and dated, bathroom paintwork terrible, mould on the ceiling and general lack of cleanliness, towels beyond life time.....one of co-workers had even a cockroach in her bathroom. Electrical sockets not existing in the room except one which had to be used for everything. TV not working...too many issues to list. Hotel should be down graded to a 2star place.....Definity a let down will not return."
