I’ve stayed at Flamingo 3 times now. Mainly because of the pool. The pool was recently remodeled and highly disappointing. Not colorful anymore like flamingo should be and they got rid of over half the space in the pool with the swim up bar. No islands sporadically placed in the water anymore to hang around. All muted colors and very much less appealing. Now onto my room. The shower leaked the entire time making me keep the door to the bathroom shut to sleep because of the dripping noise. Turn on the hot water on the sink just a tad and you’d get scalded. We did not have a shower curtain in the shower so the floor got soaked every time making us use up all our towels just for the floor. There was no fan to suck any humidity out of the bathroom. There was ketchup splattered on the adjoining room door. Our bed did not have a comforter or fitted sheet. Just a flat sheet laid over the mattress cover. I really loved the flamingo and its location but I’ll be checking out other locations next time.
