"It's a beautiful property - no doubt. You walk in and it's WOW! And the property management company is fast to respond and very respectful. We had several issues (the pool not working, the A/C went out, locks not working) and they addressed everything promptly without us having to be there. A few things to note: The description says "beach is a 3-minute walk away." There is no sand beach within miles. It's all black lava. Also, all Hawaaian waterfronts are public. So, the water access in front of this home was used by locals for parties at night, fishing during the day, hanging out on a futon to watch football. Not as private as one would think for a property of this nature. All that said, the home had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation -- pool toys, hammocks, lounge chairs, lots of seating areas inside and out and the kitchen is super-equipped. We had 12 people in our party and there was plenty of space."

"The view and the house were just as they appear. Really perfect for my family. The only problem we had was the pool was pretty hot in temperature and the hot tub was the same temperature and did not have jets. The pool also did not have a lot of lights. Otherwise wonderful house great location and amazing Hawaiian sunsets."
