"We loved our stay! This house is beautiful and has everything needed for a wonderful ski vacation. So close to skiing. Views are incredible. Very clear instructions. "Peter and Jane are terrific hosts of a beautiful spot on the lake. We did all the things. We hiked Mt. Blue to the top. We peddled the boat out onto the lake. We watched the sunrise and sunset on the screened in porch. We made fires and roasted marshmallows. We had a terrifically beautiful family vacation at this perfect little cottage on the lake."

"I can’t say enough about this property .. It is beautiful! Jon is an exceptional host, the home is in a great location, very close to Sunday River which was the purpose of our trip. It was very clean, literally spotless and also beautifully decorated, quality bed and bedding, everything was just so nice! We were so comfortable and I would highly recommend this property."

"We enjoyed the cottage as it had everything we needed to prepare meals including pots and pans, spices, a lovely kitchen, towels and linens, shampoo and body wash in the shower. We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!"

"We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. "If you are looking to enjoy some quality time with friends/family, this place is excellent! We stayed for a weekend bachelor/bachelorette party with 14 people. Beautiful views, near trails (check out the falls near by), plenty of things to do while there, even for those who don’t ski! We played pong, pool, karaoked, enjoyed the hot tub even spent some time near the fire. All in all a great place to book!"

"We attended my niece wedding ay Kings Hill Inn and stayed at this home in Sumner Maine. We were 15 minutes from the venue. Our rental was perfect! Well stocked. We had everything you could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!!"

"The location was great. The kitchen had bare essentials. One of the pans should be thrown out. The nonstick coating has been scratched almost completely off. No bottle opener or can opener. The purpose of staying there was for the location mainly. But being able to cook breakfast and dinner would have been better than going out to eat. All in all it was a fantastic ski trip."
