"Front desk was great during check in. The room was good and kept clean. Had an issue with a maintenance employee who had to slam on brakes and come to a skidding stop in his golf cart, almost ran us over in the parking lot. No apologies at all. Very rude"

"Nice property with great location for Disney parks but they need to focus on arrival at the hotel for guests driving. It was pure chaos upon arrival with no signage or communication and you have to park on the other side of the neighboring hotel so it’s a bit of a walk with luggage."

"Spacious and well designed apartment for a family of 4. Loved the magnified makeup mirror, provided shampoo and conditioner body wash, great shower, places to hang towels, lots of hangers in the closet too! Wish they had smart TVs. We also could walk to Walgreens and a couple of fast food options. Overall, one of the best timeshare experiences ever."
