Sleeping 12, there's room for the entire family plus your pup in this dog-friendly rental. You'll love the beautiful furnishings and wonderful décor and amenities, as well as the plentiful off-street parking. Park your car for the week and walk everywhere... the beach, bay, cafe's, bars and music venues in Dewey. You can even hop on the Jolly Trolley which will take you to the gourmet restaurants, unique boutiques and boardwalk in nearby Rehoboth Beach. After a long day at the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower, dine on the screened porch or have a crab feast in the entirely fenced-in backyard; there's a gas grill for your use as well. There is even an outdoor bar with a TV and firepit! You won't find a nicer and more conveniently located vacation rental in Dewey Beach. BONUS: This luxury home comes with bed linen and towel concierge service, so all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, no beach towels.) Dog friendly with a minimum $300 pet deposit and addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. No Cats, however, owner has had cats in the property. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. Amazing location with walking distance to all the Dewey bars and restaurants. I rented it for a bachelorette party. The house has everything you need.
