« Pub rural très authentique, chaleureux et convivial. La cuisine est très bonne y compris le petit déjeuner. Chambre rustique et spacieuse. Le personnel est très agréable. »

« The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional. Unfortunately the Roman blinds at the windows you couldn’t open and close which doesn’t...

« Set in beautiful grounds was lovely to sit at the top of the gardens with a glass of wine taking in the view. Nice room, not particularly big. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great both evening and breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area. »

« Shower was great (if small) and the homemade shortbread was a nice little touch my son enjoyed as part of his breakfast. The breakfasts were also really good. They were very flexible on items on the full English and the ingredients were good quality with proper sausages, thick bacon and thick slices of good bread. The two women working there were great and the service was excellent though. They told another guest they only took it on last year and are doing it up but they need to either do it...

« Super ! Claire très gentille ! Petit déjeuner soigné. Près du centre du village. Chambre propre, calme et équipée. 😍 »

« Car park nearby free after 6pm.Attractive building on the outside, entrance straight into rather beery bar and games area. Untidy bar top serves as reception. Route to rooms through function room ( fortunately only a small dance class took place on the night of our stay). No separate dining area so chose not to eat there. Very limited food option in Modbury. Room itself clean, tidy, and quite comfortable. Fairly constant through traffic for light sleepers, but ear plugs supplied in room....

« Un B&B extraordinaire. Après un accueil chaleureux, les propriétaires vous invitent à partager un excellent verre de Prosecco et s'installe une ambiance amicale. La maison et les chambres d'une propreté remarquable sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le breakfast est excellent avec un choix de produits frais et de plats chauds tout aussi bons les uns que les autres. Vous disposez d'une place de parking gratuite et de l'accès au wifi. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons, rien que pour...

« Great room with lovely seating area in the middle of Ilfracombe. Carparking handy and cheap. Lots to do and see. Just one problem with the gutter outside the room leaking with heavy rain and very noisy. A part from that, perfect, with Woolacombe bay surfing just 15mins down the road. »

« Super copieux petit déjeuner Ecossais, belle et confortable chambre, propriétaire très accueillant »
