« Beautiful property and lovely rooms! I would have loved to have had some more tea options, breakfast ready, and table set at the appointed time mentioned. »

« It's good that windows are openable, but Climatisation can be better. »

« Room was clean and had stove, fridge, coffee pot etc. Restaurant on property and staff was very nice! »

« Gracious and accommodating- beautiful inn and rooms »

« Cory is wonderful! His place is not! I think he just needs some help with keeping things clean and making sure that others keep it clean. Also making sure that people are not smoking in adjoining rooms. »

« Only issue w/ the stay: Photos of the lake are from just outside of the park that is about 1/10 of a mile walk down a hill. Not visible from any part of the house/ property as the photo implies. My own fault for not reading into "by the lake" not "on the lake." »

« What a great spot. We had a great evening enjoying the Cabin and the amenities. Loved the proximity to the lake and the local feel. »

« It was a great experience. Location is amazing, property is great wonderful, great “glamping” for us non campers! Kids loved it, mom loved it, and breakfast was 10/10! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. »

« Absolutely loved this lodge - beautiful well stocked kitchen, along with treats! Pictures do not do this place justice - it was stunning inside & out…. Peaceful setting, and close enough to state parks Stony Brook & Letchworth, as well as if someone wanted to take a quick wine tour thru the Finger Lakes! Would absolutely book again! »

« Upon arrival we found a clean, peaceful property with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room and bedroom. The entrance foyer and sitting/dining area was warm and inviting. Outside we discovered a comfortable campfire area with a walking space including a small pond. Each evening we were serenaded by frogs and insects into a soothing sleep. We were awakened gently by cool air and sunshine. Penn Yan has a general store which we visited on the way down, providing all of our...

« My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring the area and hiking. The cabin was about 40 minutes from Watkins Glen State Park, and the drive was easy and scenic. We really enjoyed our stay! The unpaved roads added to the adventure rather than being a nuisance. The wildlife was a joy to see, and relaxing by the campfire under the stars at night was so peaceful and serene. The cabin was beautiful, and the bed was super cozy. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for...

« What a nice, relaxing and fun stay. The hosts are amazing. A good place to unplug from everything. »

« Perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Great views and Mike was easy to coordinate with. We would absolutely stay here again. »

« I enjoyed my stay. The host left a nice welcome card was very easy to communicate with. »

« We could not of asked for a better off grid experience. Rainey and Jeff were highly accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was amazing and the gourmet s’more’s were so to die for. Can’t wait to return. »

« Read the bad reviews on two sites- Vrbo and Airbnb. Owner had said they were working on fixing issues- especially bathroom. They did- there is plenty of room in bathroom. The place is spacious. Kitchen is stocked very well. However - we had two issues - the house is pet friendly- and you could tell as you opened the door- it smelled like pet urine and wet dog. At one point I put extra sheets provided on the white couches to cover the smell. It didn’t work. I wasn’t going to write about this- as...
