"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "The room was very large and the staff did an excellent job in keeping it clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good. Make sure to make a reservation for restaurants at the hotel and in town, they fill up fast. Hotel has an excellent location, across the street from Lake Geneva. Easy walk to restaurants in town."

"First time in Morzine and had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff were all really friendly, the food was excellent (had dinner one night as well as breakfast everyday) and the pool, hot tub, games room etc. were all excellent. The room was clean and well specced out. Nice balcony overlooking the mountains and aircon was bliss. Definitely keen to return asap!"
