« Lovely location great for seeing turtles poking the head out from the water, the beach access is challenging as it’s shallow for a long way out and quite cloudy water. But like I said you can see the turtles heads out of the water and it’s a lovely setting for a sunset! Very convenient for the airport if you arriving late or leaving early! »

« I like to take a moment to thank the Return to Paradise family for their hospitality, kindness, responsiveness, and their attention to detail. This was my first trip to Samoa and I could not have chosen a better resort to get a true feel of Samoan hospitality, culture and vibe. The hotel name is very fitting because it’s literally paradise. If you’re planning to explore Samoa, then I would recommend getting a car since the resort is on the other side of the island (opposite side of Apia). But if...

« Réservation facile (pour l’argent) mais check-in et presque toute l'expérience dans l'hôtel est décevante. Pas de boisson de bienvenue, caution de 300 wst en espèces pour compenser le fait que leur terminal CB ne soit pas efficace (donc frais de retrait et de change après pour rien pour le client). Bonne chambre, mais ménage aléatoire et variable, coffre-fort hors service, très peu d'eau chaude... Restaurant pas essayé au vu du petit déjeuner : le moins bon et le plus pauvre de notre voyage à...

« Tourism there is pretty new, they expect you to spend more money every day, and you can see that not doing so is a problem. Taxis are horible on this island hasseling, pushing and expenssive (150$), and they are getting angry pretty fast, better plan ahead and rent a car or pay directly the hotel, or get the local bus, fun but could be crowded. Sceneries are good, and it's quiet, overall a good place. »

« Room was not clean, bed had sand inside ( as if someone had slept there before us) old beer bottles in cupboard. Mirror had, fallen down in bathroom. Breakfast was just toast and cereal with some pancakes and only available for a short time ( 7.30 to 9am). Its good for people who need space and just need somewhere to sleep with aircon. »

"Réservation facile (pour l’argent) mais check-in et presque toute l'expérience dans l'hôtel est décevante. Pas de boisson de bienvenue, caution de 300 wst en espèces pour compenser le fait que leur terminal CB ne soit pas efficace (donc frais de retrait et de change après pour rien pour le client). Bonne chambre, mais ménage aléatoire et variable, coffre-fort hors service, très peu d'eau chaude... Restaurant pas essayé au vu du petit déjeuner : le moins bon et le plus pauvre de notre voyage à Samoa. Beau jardin mais sale (capsules, mégots de cigarettes, de plastique... devant notre chambre / voir photo) La piscine n'est pas assez propre, la musique est trop forte, pas assez de chaises longues à la mer, et pas assez de serviettes pour la salle de bain et pour la mer (attente 1h mini) malgré des demandes multiples et répétées ! Absolument aucune réaction !!! Si possible, j'aimerais revenir à Savaii, mais pas dans cet hôtel très décevant (trop cher pour cette mauvaise qualité de service). A améliorer : le service, le sens commercial et la gestion. Le client n'est pas seulement un distributeur de billets ! Chaque problème a eu un retour sur place à de nombreux membres de l’équipe pendant notre séjour, mais absolument aucune réaction de qui que ce soit, ni du management ni de la direction. Inutile de demander un avis avec QR Code dans la chambre non plus ça ne sert à rien. Pour être sûr, j'ai échangé avec d'autres clients de l’hôtel qui ont malheureusement la même opinion !"
