« Le restaurant près de l'hôtel offre un excellent service, la nourriture y est excellente et le personnel est efficace et attentionné. Par contre, le personnel de l'hôtel est terrible, inhospitalier voire méprisant. Personne ne parle anglais et les efforts pour parler espagnol sont mal accueillis. De la gérante à la réceptionniste, le personnel est avare de sourires. Enfin j'aimerai mentionner que la piscine est propre et bien entretenue. »

« Bel établissement légèrement suranné dans un style oldschool, un peu a l' écart du centre donc calme, petite piscine un peu fraîche, seul gros bémol le restaurant en restauration oblige à prendre le petit déjeuner sur la route très bruyante. Dommage car le restaurant donne sur la mer est semble très paisible. Propose des massages thaïs très corrects pour le prix (1 heure 180 Q). »

« Property was amazing and beautiful!! We loved it so much and it was better than the pictures, the pictures don’t do it justice. Find the gate on land was difficult but they were very responsive and helpful, it was a short delay and small inconvenience. It wasn’t that bad, just something to be made aware for other travelers, I can’t stress enough on how amazing it was!! »

« This is a very charming hotel that you can get to it only by boat from the little village. You should pay 25 to get there. Do not pay more than 50.!!! The hotel is very charming. The Was are very nice. They have a nice restaurant but it’s little expensive every item that I tried was amazing.!!!!! They have kayak to rent and they can arrange for a boat tour for you »

« Super hôtel arboré avec des colibris au bord du Rio Dulce, personnel très aimable et très arrangeant ! Grande chambre dans bungalow individuel sur pilotis avec salle de bain et climatisation, et balcon filant meublé pour s’observer les bateaux passer sur la rivière. Bon et copieux petit déjeuner, restaurant sur place et bar au bord de la piscine ! L’hôtel vous offre un trajet aller et un retour en bateau depuis la ville de Rio Dulce. »
