« Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable. »

« Bel établissement légèrement suranné dans un style oldschool, un peu a l' écart du centre donc calme, petite piscine un peu fraîche, seul gros bémol le restaurant en restauration oblige à prendre le petit déjeuner sur la route très bruyante. Dommage car le restaurant donne sur la mer est semble très paisible. Propose des massages thaïs très corrects pour le prix (1 heure 180 Q). »

« Le restaurant près de l'hôtel offre un excellent service, la nourriture y est excellente et le personnel est efficace et attentionné. Par contre, le personnel de l'hôtel est terrible, inhospitalier voire méprisant. Personne ne parle anglais et les efforts pour parler espagnol sont mal accueillis. De la gérante à la réceptionniste, le personnel est avare de sourires. Enfin j'aimerai mentionner que la piscine est propre et bien entretenue. »

« Un hôtel situé à 3 mn de l’embarcadère, certes un peu vieillot mais avec beaucoup de charme et qui colle parfaitement avec la vie à Livingston. Une vue magnifique sur la baie du restaurant et de la chambre ( demander le 2eme étage !). Chambre simple mais confortable avec un coffre-fort à l’ancienne et un balcon bien agréable ainsi qu’une salle de bain complète avec eau chaude. "Un hôtel situé à 3 mn de l’embarcadère, certes un peu vieillot mais avec beaucoup de charme et qui colle parfaitement avec la vie à Livingston. Une vue magnifique sur la baie du restaurant et de la chambre ( demander le 2eme étage !). Chambre simple mais confortable avec un coffre-fort à l’ancienne et un balcon bien agréable ainsi qu’une salle de bain complète avec eau chaude. Les jardins de l’hotel descendent jusqu’à la mer avec un très grande piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner et dîner corrects. Service impeccable. Au final un excellent souvenir de Livingston."

"Accueil au top , merci à Vera qui 10 mn après notre arrivée en voiture de Tikal vers 15 h nous réservait des places sur une lancha publique pour Livingston (125 Q) pour le lendemain à 9h30 avec « pickup » à l’embarcadère de l’hôtel même. L’hôtel accepte de garder le véhicule durant les nuitées à Livingston (100 Q par jour) et garde même les bagages. L’hôtel est situé dans un parc avec marina hyper sécurisé. Les installations sont un peu surannées mais très fonctionnelles. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le lac , salle de bain ok avec eau chaude. Piscine agréable donnant sur le lac. Dîner et petit-déjeuner à la carte servi à table de bonne qualité à un très bon rapport qualité prix. Au total un très bon choix d’hotel d’étape sur la route de Livingston."
