The food options were plenty and tasted delicious. The only recommendation I would have is to put a fresh coat of paint in some of the areas. The parking was close to my room which was fantastic. The constructions, gardening, decorations really sets guests in the tropics. The staff was friendly. I have 5 kids ranging from 1 to 12 and the layout of the rooms was perfect. The activities on site were also perfect. There's a pool that's safe for 5 year olds but deep enough so the older kids enjoy as well and a separate deeper pool for the bigger kids. BEAUTIFUL. PEACEFUL. It’s located in a perfect place ! The food amazing . I had a problem had to wait about an hour for them to put water in my room so I could shower , brush my teeth , or use the bathroom . Even after they put it on I took a shower afraid I was not getting water since the pressure was not working at all. The restaurant needs more writers because when there were many people the food took much time to arrive and was cold. But everything else was amazing, including the staff in the reception who helped us with booking tours and everything we needed.
