« Le restaurant près de l'hôtel offre un excellent service, la nourriture y est excellente et le personnel est efficace et attentionné. Par contre, le personnel de l'hôtel est terrible, inhospitalier voire méprisant. Personne ne parle anglais et les efforts pour parler espagnol sont mal accueillis. De la gérante à la réceptionniste, le personnel est avare de sourires. Enfin j'aimerai mentionner que la piscine est propre et bien entretenue. »

« This is a very charming hotel that you can get to it only by boat from the little village. You should pay 25 to get there. Do not pay more than 50.!!! The hotel is very charming. « Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable. »
