It has a restaurant and pool and a boat dock. It offers parking as well. If you are not about going up stairs make sure to request the first floor at time of booking due to the fact that most of these hotels do not have elevators. There was an issue with clear glass in the pool. The manager would not come to the area or front desk. We were told to find him in the restaurant. They deny any responsibility. I have been to the area a few times. Not just zero hot water; NO water at all. Bed linens should have been trashed five years ago. WiFi did't work in the rooms and lobby seating was unpleasant. Check-in clerk was least friendly person I met during two weeks in Guatemala. ##### Terry ### 8/10 Good #### Corrie Mar 3, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities The person guarding the gate stands idle next to trash on the ground in front of the hotel…pick it up? Room was missing sound module for the speakers. They were checking but never got back to us. Wi-fi not working. Helicopter pad on dock is not welded properly. Impact load of helicopter will break the cross member structure. Limited choices at restaurant but good food and service. Construction on roof of restaurant not too bad for noise. Painful to watch slow progress. Air conditioning worked good once it achieved set point. Non-functioning light switch in bathroom. Bathroom light is controlled together outside bathroom lights.
