They contacted me in advance to ensure that I would have no issues on arrival, then made some very nice suggestions to enjoy and make the most of my one-night stay in Tirano The two ladies I met were both very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. "L’hôtel est très bien placé le personnel était très accueillant et souriant des employés parlait français donc cela a bien faciliter la communication. La chambre était très propre. il manquait juste des pantoufles que nous avons demandé elles nous ont été ramené dans les cinq minutes qui suivent le petit déjeuner aussi était très bon. très bonne expérience, je conseille fortement cette Hotel."
