Arrived at 17:30, as check-in was available from 16:00 but receptionist had to check the booking. She was sweet but very unexperienced, and was surprised because we needed a room for 5 (as booked ) Room had to be prepared so we waited for half an hour, despite the fact that the hotel was more or less empty for guests. Restaurant / bar was not open as described / expected. Not possible to buy drinks or snacks. Bathroom floor was soaked after a couple of hours, as water was leaking from the toilet or bidet. Reception was empty in the evening and front door was closed around 22:00, so had to find alternative route to access our car.... : / Breakfast was ok. But in total not a good experience.
