"Very in need of upgrades, even if just cosmetic: the exterior is beat up (leaking pipes, opened electricity panels on grounds, some outside showers in need of repair near pools, pools need to be maintened (patches) uneven pathways need to be repaved, rooms in need of a fresh up: change patio doors and furniture, repair screens for windows.
