« This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. Highly recommend staying here especially if...

« We had the most amazing stay! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful decor — every space felt thoughtfully designed, stylish, and welcoming. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable (which is rare to find in a rental!), and everyone slept so well.My daughters and their friends absolutely loved the fun karaoke stage — it made the trip extra special and created so many great memories.
