« Our stay here was magical! Communication with David was a breeze from the start. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! You will think you stepped into a "Maine Cottages" magazine. It is well equipped, and was capable of hosting our "Lobstah Boil" with 20 guests, a live Jazz Saxophonist & a keyboard player! « Wooded setting is very nice and quiet in a well maintained house. Convenient to Boothbay Harbor, East Boothbay, and Maine Botanical Gardens. A list of nearby hiking trails would be useful. Lots of nearby restaurants. We liked Shannon's Unshelled, Thistle Inn, and Carriage House. Linekin/Burley hike was rugged but very good on Ocean Point Rd. »

The space is thoughtfully arranged as both an homage to its history and a cozy living space with gorgeous Sheepscot views.
