perfect stay!excellent service! super clean and good location!

Really enjoyed my stay at Liber Hotel! Very close proximity to Universal Studios Osaka, great amenities, attentive staff and an excellent first Onsen experience. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very luxurious feel with a impressive view of Osaka castle. Staff was very professional and courteous.

Huge room, Clean. 5 minutes walk to Universal Studios entry gate.

It is very good location-wise. Staff members are awesome and very helpful. There was always a taxi waiting outside, and it is very close to the metro and USJ,

Room and bathroom was clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and polite

Excellent stay

Tranquillité, qualité de la literie, beauté des espaces communs et de la chambre. onsen intéressant mais surcharge.

The hotel is above Shin- Osaka station. It is not only convenient for transportation, also provides a great selection of restaurants and shops. The size of room is pretty standard for Japanese hotels. I am very happy with the stand it shower room with rain shower head as I do not use bathtub at all. I was worried about the noise but it turned out not a problem at all. As the room is situated at a high floor, I could not hear any noise from the train. The city view was great. I am very satisfied...

Great place, spacious room

Great location close to shopping and transportation

Staff was very helpful, we mailed our luggage to the hotel and they delivered the luggages to our room before our arrival. Breakfast was great, room was clean, couple of restaurant nearby and a lawson downstarirs

Staying here was a magical experience, absolute first class service.

Very conveniently located next to a metro/train station, which made getting around easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the area around the hotel was much quieter and more peaceful than the more central, tourist-y areas in Osaka. Really appreciated the complementary tea & coffee and the great amenities provided. I think we went to the Family Mart downstairs every day to pick up snacks and other necessities -- so great to have that option!

This is a stunning hotel with gorgeous views, great breakfast and a Nespresso machine in the room - lifesaver! Also very central location with with everything nearby

What a great property. Very convenient location, close to rail lines,, loved the spa, and good food options. Would stay again. The room was very comfortable.
