« Very commercial onsen hotel with lots of staff onsite when checking in to a point it actually feels quite overwhelming. A nice touch when arriving where they allow you to drop off the luggage and drive into the parking lot where a mini shuttle is there to drive you back to the hotel but the negative is the next morning when you’re leaving you’re left dragging your luggage down a slight slope where it makes you feel like valued guest when you arrive but when you’re leaving they don’t really care...

« 基本的に料理やお風呂は全く問題ないし。 ただ、予約したのが最上階の部屋だったのに4階に通された。 こちらも予約を改めて確認してなかったので、最上階で予約したのを忘れていたけど、帰りのチェックアウト前に改めて予約を確認した時に気づきました。 謝罪とちょっとしたお菓子だけで、部屋代の差額分の返却などは無く、対応には大変不満が残りました。 »
