« L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé tout près de la gare de Sapporo. C'est très pratique. Il y a beaucoup de beaux magasins et de bons restaurants à proximité. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très devoué et essaye toujours de nous aider, c'est très agréable. Notre chambre était correcte sans plus. Les meubles étaient vieux et abîmés. Au niveau de la propreté c'est tres bien. »
