« This is a very unique stay so it can't really be judged against others.It was a bit unclear what to do upon arrival.There are so many well thought out details or would be impossible to list them all.A perfect place to stay for people who like to be away from it all. »

On a fait un souper dans une des maisons de cuisson et ça a été une super expérience. Victor est un hôte extraordinaire. Ne partez pas sans avoir essayé un souper gastronomique préparé par la maison et partez avec du miel et des oeufs frais. à refaire absolument ! »

« On the surface everything was great, if you’re sensitive to smells I might choose something else. The hallway had a strong odor and there was smoking smell in the bathroom. A few small issues with the coffee maker, the bathroom sink, and the bed frames but nothing glaring. »

« The cabin was clean, with good air conditioning & a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River. (I would caution those unfamiliar with life by the river that inside lights should always be turned off when opening exterior doors as little tiny black bugs tend to swarm in--they tend to die off quickly and just need to be swept up & wiped away--just a nuisance, but mostly avoidable by ensuring the lights are off when leaving the cabin.) « Host was very responsive and helpful. Bed is very comfortable, space is today and organized with decor having a lot of thoughtful touches. No issues with hot water. I chose not to drink the well water but it is safe to do so.Road up to cabin is gravel/dirt. »
