« The staff were very kind and helpful! The security guard even noticed my trunk was opened and closed it for me. I’ve stayed twice and both times the hotel and room was very clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. My only two complaints would be that the music in the lobby is loud and annoying and that the breakfast isn’t worth the price. But those things won’t keep from staying again when I’m in the area. I think the hotel clerk was Miranda in the evening and she was above and beyond...

« This property as I understand it is under new management. They really should ONLY book rooms that are fully repaired so they don't get poor ratings. Staff was very good and tried their best to be helpful. We really should have dropped our booking and went some place else but we were tired and it was late. They really should have comped a reduce rate for all the issues but we were through Expedia so that wasn't an option. »
