« We had the ocean view family suite and it was amazing. The beach access was right outside our building, our balcony gave us a beautiful view and we had a huge room with a full kitchen and full sized fridge and oven. The pool is fantastic and heated (not as hot as a hot tub but close!) »

« The room was clean, but the beds were not really comfortable and the pillows. The only other concern when I have stayed in hotels over the years I was able to check in earlier. This hotel was all most 30 mins after the 4 check in. I had to call and complain and then they were able to get my room ready. I had my 7 year old grandson with me, and he was tired. Over all it was a fine stay! »

« Great newer/refreshed hotel for your Seaside visit. One of the most comfortable hotels beds I've slept on in a while. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff and fantastic location only a block from the beach. Unfortunately the EV chargers were not working but the staff worked their butts off to try to get them going. Highly recommend. »

« I would not recommend this hotel. While the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area—the overall experience was disappointing, especially for $249.93 per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we opened the bed, we found blood stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to replace them, but the replacement sheets also had blood stains. There were also mosquitoes in the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room...

« Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time. »
