« Absolutely wonderful hotel! Beds were super comfy and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Will be staying here again very soon! Also a free trolley will come pick you up and bring you to the strip in Gatlinburg. There’s so much to do there! Had the best time ever on this trip! »

« Resort at Governors Crossing was very clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. We experienced little noise in our room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The indoor waterpark and pool area stay open late, which is a big plus for our family as we are not early risers. »

« We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t....

« We had an excellent stay! Everything was so close and we were able to walk everywhere and did not run out of things to do for the two days we were there. If I had any suggestion at all…. Clearer instructions about parking! It was fine once we figured it out but there were a few worried moments to get to the answer. Would stay there again! »

« Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of...

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
