« Bel hôtel, les chambres étaient propres mais on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bon et bien garni. »

« The hotel is currently under renovation which we were unaware of when booking. The whole first floor is under construction and empty. The rooms were good. Breakfast was only continental and was only a very small table right outside the elevators which made for a tight space if more than 2 people were there to get food. »

« My dad and I, along with 7 other guests, waited several minutes in an empty lobby waiting to get checked in. Eventually, two staff members arrive. Instead of apologizing they argued that everyone was exaggerating their wait time. Very unfriendly and rude. The hallways and elevators smelled horribly. The towels were stained, the fridges were leaking orange goo, and the counters and furniture were cracked and peeking. The blinds were broken and missing chunks »

« Breakfast was amazing: eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and Gravey, ect. Didn't care for the pancake maker...I would go back to the waffle maker. Pancake were flat and kinda nasty. The terrible part: Rented an ADA room for 4 days. The shower was set up so that water was literally flowing out shower to the room hall headed for the door to the hotel hall. I had to get more towels just to mop up water. The shower needs a lip on the shower to keep water in. The shower head was a spray one but...

« The staff were very helpful and informative. Room was quiet and clean. Parking you can use the Valet or street parking. I opt For street parking as I was only here for one night. The breakfast has plenty of food and will take requests, I’m sure I’d not to outlandish. Coffee was piping hot! My fave. »

« No ice machines. Breakfast available for purchase. Weird regulator inside refrigerator. Staff working after 10pm were really friendly and helpful. Check-in staff not so much. Checkout desk clerk was very nice as well. »

« Room was amazing. There was a kitchenette, a real closet with a safe and the sofa was an extremely comfy sectional. We were expecting the same old traditional motel room set up and instead we got a huge upgrade for the same price. They not only accept pets but expected us to have one with us like that's just what everyone does. »
