Surprised after arrival I was charged extra 82.00$ just in case of damage to room or in case I stole something. There was nothing to steal in that room no extra toilet paper or extra towels refund they said if the room had no damage when we left. Beds were good clean So I’m waiting for the refund to appear on my credit card. This total system of things is broken!! Sad for honest people who feel taken advantage of. 😂

I was surprisingly impressed by how clean this place was, the sheets were spotless, the room was immaculate, and the AC worked amazingly well. However, despite the cleanliness, the stay just didn't work out for us. ​First, there was a strong, overwhelming scent when we walked in. I thought it smelled like urine, while my partner thought it was an intense rose fragrance either way, it was off-putting. (BUT THE ROOM LOOKS SUPER CLEAN) ​Second, the soundproofing was very poor. Traveling with my two dogs made this especially tough, as we could clearly hear people in the hallway, the adjacent room, and out in the parking lot. The noise kept triggering my dogs to bark, which made for a stressful night. We usually rely on the TV to drown out background noise, but it wasn't working properly, so I had to play music on my phone instead. After a 5-hour drive, all I wanted was to relax and watch TV. ​The firm bed was fine for a single night, but overall, this wasn't a good fit for us. Additionally, keep in mind that they require a deposit fee at check-in, which is refunded after departure as long as the room isn't damaged. ​Regarding fees: I expected and agreed to the pet fee for our two dogs listed on the app, but I was surprised at check-in by an unexpected deposit fee. In total, $132 in additional fees were added to our bill upfront, of which we eventually got $70 refunded as the deposit. It turned our budget-friendly room into a higher upfront expense than anticipated.

This property was CHEAP. and you get what you pay for. That said, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Katie is amazing! The room was cleanish. There was no lamps. The beds were comfortable. The door lock was broke as was the nightstand. Very modest

7 years ago it was good location clean friendly reasonable price that lead me to stay for over a year. I didn’t think that I would come back but I did 7 years later due to me moving out my home looking for apartment to save money this was the best place for me to come and save money and feel at peace. I really like staying here due to staff and the way they go above to make sure ur stay comfortable. I really appreciate Steven and naylan currently on my second week after stay at a free hotels in the area

Staff are topnotch. Always available when needed. Roach problem but staff did what they could with the limited powers they have over the infestation. Most guests were cool but it was the construction workers and a few drunks staying there that have no respect as they littered the property with beer cans, trash and cig butts. Without extra staff there's no way mgmt can keep up with such filth.

I mean if you don’t mind roaches, no hot water and the fire alarm going off randomly, then you will probably like this place. Also a good place to get a good contact high and going sliding across the wet floor. Dozen people probably loitering outside at any given time. I was supposed to stay the whole weekend. On our second night, after in 5 minutes time I found roaches, realized we had no hot water and then the fire alarm went off, I decided to just check out at 10:30pm and figure out other accommodations. Apparently the fire alarm must go off regularly bc no one really seemed to care to go outside except a few people with pets. Staff seemed pretty nice though.

One of the worst

My family stayed here on the busiest weekend of the year, the whole hotel was booked and very busy. We understand there could be staffing difficulties and had lower expectations. Pros: *I loved the shower: good water pressure, plenty of hot water *The hotel was full but quiet for the most part *Comfortable mattress *Respectful and accommodating staff Cons: *Dirty! The stovetop burners, walls, and under the bed looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. I didn't want to cook because there was so much caked on food on the stove. *Found a cockroach in the bathroom the first night, fortunately didn't find more *Found someone else's underwear left in the bathroom *TV remote and phone didn't work *Bed frame was so dirty that we felt uncomfortable sleeping on it, we used our own sheets *Found a pill on the floor near the night stand *Elevator only worked about half the time (not ADA compliant) This was one of the worst hotels I've ever seen, I was appalled by the lack of care with cleaning the room.

I wouldn’t recommend at all. The staff however was lovely and helpful. There was roaches all over when using the kitchen provided. You need to provide your own utensils; pots, pans, plates, knifes, cutting board, etc. the television was cracked and broken, not functioning at all. I had a miserable time sadly.

After booking online for a double queen beds arrived at 1 o’clock in the morning to find out they gave my room away and then they wanted to give me only a double bed with a pullout couch with stains, mold, or something all over my sheets, at least six baby cockroaches in the refrigerator and two full grown cockroaches in the shower. I was traveling with someone with a broken leg so having your room given away was very inconvenient. On top of that. The bathroom door was hanging on by one hinge. I will not be staying at this place again and I would not recommend anyone else staying at this place.
