« No ice machine for the paying guests. What’s with that???? Had to beg to get a cup of ice. STUPID »

« It was a very nice stay, the pool and hot tub area was nicely laid out and relaxing. Space! there was noise at night from, I believe the HVAC unit which sounded like a jet engine in our room, 311. The bathrooms could use more self space, by the sink. But, the design is too small of the area to allow for that! »

« Hôtel très bien situé, la vue sur la rivière est top. En revanche, moquette tachée, literie hyper molle, salle de bain correcte. Le restaurant offre un superbe petit dejeuner »

« Friendly staff. The pool is nice and clean, same for the meeting room and the patio outside. It’s quite comfortable and feel safe. Rooms follow the same idea and AC work well. A really nice hotel for short or long stay. »

« The bathroom floor was dirty, mirror very streaked and lighting bad. The carpet was not vacuumed for a while, corners were filthy. No fresh towels provided., »

« The lobby was under construction. The parking lot was under construction. The staff was extremely helpful and rooms were clean. They allowed me to check out late for no extra fee. »

« Personnel accueillant tout particulièrement Robert. Seul bémol: Notre chambre étant située face au Boulevard du bruit est présent jusqu'à tard le soir et à partir de tôt le matin (5h15). Sila chambre avait été située de l'autre coté ça aurait été parfait ! »

« This was perhaps the worst stay I have ever had. Staff were aloof and unhelpful. No elevator. Room was "remodeled" and bed was adequate. Bathroom - DIRT came out of the tub and shower. There are two small drawers for clothing; no rack or hangers for hanging clothes, had to hang them on the chain for securing the door. BREAKFAST was a joke. Kleenex were given as napkins. A large jar of peanut butter and jam with shared utensils and frozen waffles, along with a gallon jug of shared milk...
