« Loved our stay. The Hotel itself is very interesting, comfortable, and of quality. It's location right downtown on the waterfront gives wonderful access to everything. We especially enjoyed our morning latte's and pastries in the hotel coffee shop. A great start to the day. We explored downtown La Crosse, ate at the many restaurants, and took regular walks through the park and along the waterfront. Delightful! »

« Guest room was over 80 degrees the whole weekend. AC unit was not working. A portable unit and 2 fans were put in the room instead, which did little to no good. When asked to be moved, was told there was no other rooms with 2 beds, was given no other options and no discount. The room smelled musty from all the hot stale air. »

« Friendly staff. The pool is nice and clean, same for the meeting room and the patio outside. It’s quite comfortable and feel safe. Rooms follow the same idea and AC work well. A really nice hotel for short or long stay. »

« They’re under a remodel so that was not counted against them. The pool was amazing for the kids and so was Moxies! We unfortunately were not in a recently renovated room but our friends were and it looked great! Ours was not bad though. Breakfast was good for us and it’s free so not sure why people gripe. Our frustration falls with the owners and their lack of communication and the lack of description in the rooms. We booked a deluxe after calling the hotel since the description was non-existent...

« I don’t usually write reviews but my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful when I checked in after 9:00 and I enjoyed a tasty drink at the bar before bed. The room and bed were great, and the service at breakfast was perfect. My only quibble is that the breakfast wasn’t up to the rest of the experience. The deck overlooking the Mississippi River is stunning. »

« Service was great, room was nice and quiet. Owner was able to accomodate 2 extra hrs stay for my family due to our flight being late at night for a very affordable rate. Pool and hottub was a great ammenity »

« Personnel accueillant tout particulièrement Robert. Seul bémol: Notre chambre étant située face au Boulevard du bruit est présent jusqu'à tard le soir et à partir de tôt le matin (5h15). Sila chambre avait été située de l'autre coté ça aurait été parfait ! »
