Recherche d’hôtels − Comté de Hill

« Tout n'est pas de leur faute, mais une des pires nuits que j'ai passé dans un hôtel. Les voisins ont crié jusque 23h (sûrement un match de foot), ils étaient 5 alcoolisés dans la chambre d'à côté. Le volume de la télé fort et des cris des que un joueur devait marquer ! Je suis passée à l'accueil, il m'a dit aller les voir, mais ça n'a rien changé, mon mari est allé les voir mais pas très coopératifs (alcool)... Le lit très mou et les oreillers très épais, mal de dos assuré le matin ! Et en...

Personnel inexistant .. nous n avons pas vu 1 seul employé... pour le check in les clés sont posées sur le comptoir avec un plan Propriété pas entretenue : chemins bourrés de trous, saleté, toiles d araignées, ronces Chambres sales : taches sur le lit. Tapis de douche sale Cafards partout! Nous avons du partir en pleine nuit apres en avoir trouvé dans nos oreillers !!! L endroit etait désert et abandonné digne d un film d horreur. N y allez pas »

« Usually you think the worst lol but this was so nice for the price . Bathroom was stocked with towels , coffee in the morning and the hallways smelled so clean . Sheets were clean as well . Not bad at all . »

« The front staff when we checked in were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint was that the window blinds automatic button were broken so we couldn’t fully close the window so the morning sun shined bright and our sheets felt damp-ish or they were very cold and the room was a little muggy. But other than that, everything was clean and tidy. »
