« The room was dirty! Lampshade was ripped.c cracked, nicotine stained, just disgusting. My bedding had dirt at the bottom of it, and there was definitely pet hair in my room. The phone was company key unplugged, we put it back together and it didn’t work, the blow dryer was ripped off the wall and didn’t work, there were flying bugs (about 3 of them) buzzing around my head all night and they were not flies! I told the lady during check out that I was not satisfied with the room and she said I can...

« We got there and room was very hot. After an hour called desk and told them air wasn't working. Guy came to room after about 15 min and tried to say it was. Said to let him know in 30 min if it got cooler. It did not. He said the could switch us to another room (no king though) . We said ok. Waited another 30 min then called desk back and asked when they were getting us the other key. A lady answered and said oh, you will have to come get the key. We had to pack everything up and get dressed...

« The staff was friendly enough, but the property itself was in need of allot of maintenance...would have been OK for 75 bucks, but not what I expect for 150. »

« Someone had filled the hot tub in with concrete. The pool was out of service, half empty, Green and had a dead raccoon floating around in it. there was a homeless guy running around the parking lot, but otherwise the staff was very friendly and the property was pretty clean. »
