« The hallway smelled like an ashtray even though rooms are non smoking. We had a jacuzzi room and everything was damp. Woke up to shoes and carpet damp. Whenever the room steamed up from the tub or shower the smoke detector beeped. The mattress pad slipped off in the morning and we were horrified at how disgusting the mattress was. Would never stay there again. »

« I booked a suite for the extra comfort. The room was large as expected and clean. Maintenance was a disappointment. The facility is obviously old, however it could be better maintained. The carpeting was crinkled up and needs replacement or at least re-stretching. The plumbing fixtures in the tub are rusted and should be replaced. This is a pretty easy fix. The lighting is awful. The continental breakfast was limited due to the kitchen being closed, also due to renovation construction. However, THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!!!!!! Everyone was so upbeat and friendly! Mais elle n'était pas en fonction. Le déjeuner n'était pas terrible. Cette hôtel nous avait été assigné par hotel.com suite à une cancelation d'un autre hôtel qui nous à informer qu'il n'y avait plus de place malgré un numéro de réservation. »
