« Excellent / effortless check in. Engaged and personable staff. Our room was just what we had hoped although if i had any gripes it was: 1) water pressure in the shower was quite extreme 2) no fan in bathroom so extremely steamy and 3) no continental breakfast or options (limited to cafe) was a bit of a blow BUT these were overall minute complaints for our overnight stay. »

« The first room we got had dirty bedding. The second was better, but not by much. The second room had were stains on the walls, no soap in the bathroom, and felt overall dirty. The sheets were very thin and the room as a whole felt unkept. Breakfast was very limited. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was one of the worst 5 in regards to cleanliness. »

Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.
Mais sur un séjour de 5 nuits le ménage a été oublié deux fois, et une troisième fois les serviettes ont été changées mais les lits pas fait.
Hôtel familial donc très bruyant
Le petit déjeuner est correct.

« The entrance hall was very dirty and some weird people were coming in and out. I had to wait for the longest time at the front desk as nobody was there. They offered to put me in another of their hotel. It seemed a bit more safer. Nevertheless someone had stolen the morning coffee...and the pot smell on my floor was horrible.....weird environment. I'll never go there again. »

« My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors. »
