There was hair around the toilet where it wasn't cleaned properly, hair in the bathtub and hair on the sheets. Sheets were dirty, clothes from a previous guest were left in the dresser drawer and the microwave was dirty.. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this motel. »

« The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....

« Covering up smells - had to unplug all air freshener plug-ins as soon as we walked in - it was totally suffocating! Water pressure was so bad the toilets would not flush half of the time we were there - we did not call for help as we we know there would be no fix - and shower had very low pressure. Views were great, house served our needs. Neighborhood is a little run down but not unusual for a lake, lots of stray cats, a stray dog that go into the back yard with us while we were sitting on the...
