« Pros: nice setting, safe area, beautiful grounds and views, western decoration. Cons: our room bathroom was in bad condition (stains on wall, black spots on toilet seat), room carpet had spots, loud A/C. Also the breakfast and dining options were very limited. It’s unfortunate because this place has much more potential. »

« The room was comfortable enough we had 2 beds. The only problem was that the pillows were terrible. 2 were rock hard and one was flat as a pancake. I would stay there again but I would bring a pillow from my house. »

« Check in was delayed 2 hours from stated time to me and the guy didn't want to complete check in because I used a travel site and got a discount. Then when I left for 15 minutes my room was accessed by the employee that checked me and when I returned I was demanded to get out of my car. I had to put my cigarette out because he was being so demanding. Upon entering the room he pointed at a pillow with a blood spot and said you you. I responded by that was not me. « The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
