Always Home In Texas Cabin with WiFi, and plenty of yard.

Peaceful cabin with WIFI that has one bedroom and one bathroom that is located in a quiet area with the backyard looking on to the dry bed of Lake Brownwood. This cabin comes with a spacious kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, updated electric stove, new microwave, new Keurig coffee maker, new toaster, and plenty of storage cabinets for groceries. A small grill is provided for outdoor charcoal cooking along with grilling utensils. Living area has comfortable couches in front of a large window with a big 75”TV. We provide a large picnic table outside that can seat around 20 people along with 4 extra lawn chairs. The inside dining table sits 6 people with a view overlooking the front yard. The bedroom has a full-size tall bed with bedding provided and we also provide two cots for 2 extra guests. Guest must provide bedding for extra guest. The bathroom is equipped with plenty of towels and a comfortable bench along with a small shower. The backyard is big enough for a cookout or a small gathering. This little cabin provides the comforts of home away from home.

Everything was absolutely fabulous except there was only 1 wash rag. Between the kitchen and the bathroom. I started out doing dishes with paper towels. Then I sacrificed the wash rag from the bathroom for dishes. This was the only downfall of the entire stay.

This is our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it very much. The shower has been upgraded and the swing placed under the tree facing the water were great additions.

The owner made our stay pleasant and convenient. It was very hot outside and we came into a nice cool cabin. There were 2 bags of ice and to go cups with ice in the freezer. We didn't get a chance to enjoy all of the outdoor areas as much as we would have liked (we were visiting a relative in a nursing home), but they looked very inviting. The views of the lake from the cabin were amazing! It was a perfect place for my wife and I to stay during our trip.

Absolutely the best place we have stayed at! Backyard is amazing. Roasted hot dogs and marshmallows in campfire by the lake! Boat dock was my favorite! Such a little piece of heaven!

Quiet, restful stay. Lake Brownwood is a hidden gem. Not even a boat on the lake for the whole time we were there. The house was small but adequate. Appeared to need some minor maintenance such as cabinet doors coming loose, etc., Appeared to be well stocked with necessities. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Overall, disappointed in accommodations for the price.

Cabin okay; well-stocked kitchen, large tv, nice view of lake from large windows and back yard. Having a boat dock and slip is a bonus; however, was disappointed with the boat lift being locked with no power. That was one main reason we chose to stay at property. Also, shower is too small for the average adult to comfortably shower And, although, air conditioning units blew cold air, they did not cool the living room area enough for comfort, especially in the mid-day heat. Units also went off periodically through night which interrupted sleep.

Awesome

Amazing place for a small family of 3, our family loves to travel and experience new adventures. This place was a one bedroom with a queen size bed, it has a spacious kitchen with all utensils refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, etc. Just a minnor hiccup the shower, but we are thankful for everything that the almighty lord provides.We had fun and enjoyed the scenery and peaceful spot.... 6/27/2025... thank you very much, we definitely will be back.

Love, love, love this little lake cabin. It was a perfect retreat for me and my hubby and our dog. Everything was very clean and organized. The hosts thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!

Lake Get A Way

This cabin was amazing! The view is just breathtaking. It’s so peaceful. Access to the Dock for fishing was the best part. Love the lights on the dock and over the table outside. Inside the cabin had everything we needed. The couches are so comfortable. The bedroom was nice. The bed was a bit squeaky and the shower is super small, but other than that everything was great! Will most definitely stay again, and highly recommend it!

Nearly perfect

Sweet waterfront spot. Lots of extras included. Noise machine to help us sleep. First aid supplies. Game machine. Dot painting, dominoes and other board games. Grandkids visited us. Plenty to keep them entertained. Fire pit had wood. Wood and propane grill! Good price too.
