"Great stay for a short weekend!"

"Very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the screened door to let in the night air and listen to the birds and crickets. The area was quiet and peaceful. A pleasant stay!"

"Comfortable beds and clean rooms"

"We had a great time with the family."

"Got the information needed in plenty of time prior to arrival. Bedroom & bath were clean. Be sure to take own body soap/gel, shampoo & conditioner. Kitchen well supplied with coffee, tea & snacks. Convenient location to downtown Paris. Thankfully a place that doesn’t allow pets!"

"The room was not ready at 6:30 PM and the cleaning person asked us to come back a couple hours later. I still have not heard from the host, they never reached out with check in information or to address the room condition. We ended up at a hotel for the night. 10/10 do NOT recommend."

"This is a gorgeous place, both inside and out. It is well-stocked with everything you might need. You can tell that Stacy cares about the comfort and convenience of her guests. The swallows and animals add much to the experience and the peace and quiet are lovely. We would come back in a heartbeat."

"Our host was very responsive to our questions. We loved the charm and history of the house/property. I liked that the kitchen was well stocked. It really felt like a home and not just a place to stay."

"Great, clean place to stay!!!"

But on a good note, the fenced in back yard is huge. the dogs loved it. but the next door neighbor has aggressive pit bulls who go nuts at the fence when they are out. . And after letting the owner know about the...

"Historical charm , lovely decor and very spacious- we loved the setting and property, a real Kentucky Horse farm experience! "

"We love to stay here and will stay here again. This place is beautiful and we absolutely love the location."

"The property was right on the main drag of the quaint town of Paris. It was charming, quiet, and a short beautiful drive away from Lexington. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area."
