« Quiet, pleasant location with a beautiful view of the lake. »

« Staff was asleep at the desk when we arrived. The toilet did not work and no one answered the emergency number. Bathroom is extremely small, floors were sticky, a/c unit was loud. Damp and musty in the room. Shower curtain was too short. »

« Staff was very friendly. The public spaces like halls, outdoors were not very clean or kept. Elevator was out of order. Rooms need remodeled, or at least touched up. Bed sheets were questionable/not that clean! Hair dryer in room did not work. No breakfast service. It’s easy to get to and the pool and bar area is nice and fun. But, for the price, even at the end of season, it should be a nicer property. »

« Great breakfast clean room, staff great »

« Propre et bien placé. »

« The staff was not really friendly »

« La propreté intérieure et extérieure est excellente. Facile d'accès, près de tout. Superbe vue sur le lac Érié. Petit déjeuner tout à fait convenable. Personnel chaleureux, discret et courtois. »

« Awesome view. Great staff. »

« Hôtel bien situé dans une petite station balnéaire. Assez confortable mais un peu vieillot. Personnel aimable, sans plus. Pratique si on est de passage! »

« Secteur peu pratique »

« Was a small hotel, beds were very low. They shut the pool early so couldn’t swim. Staff was not very friendly. »

« So many spider webs outside and inside, good location and staff. »

« The room was really nice and clean and I loved how close it was to the water »

« Hôtel vieillissant avec un étage sans ascenseur...passage de train à proximité toute la nuit, c’est typique mais pas reposant...petit déjeuner sommaire »

« Quite location off main road. 5 min walk to store and restaurants. Nice having bar with outdoor pool. Cooler days you have indoor hot tub and indoor pool. The indoor /outdoor pool are not available after Labor Day. Breakfast available with juice , coffee , tea , cereal , yogurt , granola bars , pre packaged pastries. Rooms very basic , satellite TV with option to sign into your Netflix acct . Small refrigerator but no microwave. Microwaves might be available on request however we didn’t need...

« Check in was very slow, even though room had been booked and paid for in advance. The bathroom was small. Room was clean and tidy. »
