« I booked a non refundable room based on the location. I was looking for a hotel close to where we were fishing. Once I booked the hotel and put the location in maps, the location was not as close as advertised. I immediately called the hotel and they refused to refund the room. I would have never booked the room if the location was accurate. I did not stay at the hotel even though I paid for the nights stay. »

« See why they didn’t post outside pictures, wasn’t terrible, just not appealing. Door wasn’t sealed really well so bugs would get in. Toilet seat was broken and towels looked stained. »

« Hôtel agréable avec piscine et vue sur les alligators dans le lac adjacent. L’accès peut être un peu compliqué lorsque l'on vient de bridge city (pour quelqu'un peu habitué aux routes américaines). »

« I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

« Nothing worked tub was nasty shower head nasty pull back the cover on mattress an it looked like it was picked up out the trash pile I would never give my money to this place again an then it’s NO REFUND I see why!!!!! »

« Clean room was ok, but there was 3 of use and there was only 2 Towel 2 hand towel and no wash rag. Staff ok breakfast did not eat there. Did not have one. But the one close to our room barked all the time »

« Motel très correcte par rapport à la qualité prix, pour y passer une nuit. Nous avons eu la chance que notre chambre se situe au fond du parking, car se situe en bordure d'une avenue très bruyante avec le nombre de passage de véhicules. Attention si vous désirez déjeuner ou dîner, un véhicule est nécessaire et l'accès ou la sortie est dangereuse. »
