« We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500. »

« The hotel was nice and sufficient for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only concerns were the hotel didn't have breakfast and only cleans room every fourth day of stay so you will have to exchange towels at front desk each day. »

« We never stayed at Urban Suites Hotel, apparently they could not find our reservations, their system could not see our name. We told him we were leaving and We left with no where to stay for 5 days. We went to my daughter's home and searched for another hotel. We ended up paying more since it was last minute. Urban Suites had a horrible smell of stale cigarette smoke and the indoor pool was out of order for another 2 weeks according to front desk. He just said "sorry" no explanation as to how...

« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »
