Favorite Spot in Destin

This is a beautiful resort! The room is also beautiful, orderly, clean, and accommodating. We plan to return to Destin at least once a year and I always like to have a favorite spot to stay in. My daughter and I both love this one!

Perfect vacation at perfect stay

The host is awesome with communication as we arrived right after the two hurricanes about expectation and water condition. Our family had the best time at the beach and such perfect location to watch both sunrise and sunset. Our kids love the bunk beds with their own big screens and outlets for the electronics. The boys gave 5 stars and they would love to come back again!

32nd Wedding Anniversary at the beach!

Great time in Destin! Unit was just as the pics indicated. Beautiful ocean views and convenient location to all the fun to be had in and around town. Can’t wait to go back. Check in and out was a breeze and unit had everything we could want or need!

Honeymooning

Fantastic property in an excellent location . The property had three pools, two outdoor and one indoor along with multiple hot tubs. The outdoor pools were literally a 60-second walk to the Gulf of Mexico Waters. The location was literally 5 minutes from renting jet skis, pontoon boats and parisailing activities. Beautiful part of the United States

The security at the gate were nice. Had personality as well. Not just boring, "yeah, come on in" kind of guys. Front desk folks were also very nice. Room was great! It was clean, beds were comfy. Kids loved the bunk beds. Each bed had its own tv, which they were thrilled about. View was AMAZING! Even saw dolphins out in the ocean from our balcony!! That was exciting. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. :)

Much needed getaway

This was the perfect place for a few day getaway. It was exactly as the listing showed. Owner was extremely helpful answering questions and getting us the info we needed. The balcony was amazing looking out over the beach. Beach was clean and well kept. Only downfall was we couldn’t stay longer. Would definitely book again.

Celebrating our 30th Anniversary and retirement

Absolutely fabulous stay! It was everything we hoped for. The view was amazing! The condo was a great size, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Beach access was perfect. We enjoyed the pool too. Our host was great! Soon arrival he checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. No complaints at all! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Destin Summer Vacay for family of 3

We have a family of three, and this unit was perfect! It was roomy enough that we did not feel crowded: we were comfortable lounging on the couch/chair or eating breakfast at the table. We loved the balcony overlooking the beach; it was the perfect height to watch the dolphins playing! Our teen loved the convenience of the electronic hookups in the bunk beds. It was very clean and had plenty of linens. We only ate breakfast and lunch in the condo, but the kitchen has everything you need. I loved the coffee pot! This was an excellent place to stay and convenient to everything in Destin. We had no issues and loved this resort and unit!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, ocean front as pictured. It was nice to just hang out on the balcony taking in the ocean’s waves. Not owners fault, but the elevators were going through maintenance and they kept breaking down, which took us a long time trying to get up and down to the condo.

Great view, responsive host, and perfect size for family of 3-4. I rented it specifically bc of the TVs in the bunkbeds. My daughter wanted to live in the bottom bunk watching cocomelon. I wish it was a bit warmer when we went (obviously not the hosts fault), but would have loved to enjoy the beach/pools more. The pancakery is an easy walk for breakfast, and other restaurants are a fairly close drive. It was my husband’s first visit to the panhandle and now he wants to move there. 😂

Wonderful Vacation - Destin 2023

Everything went great. We will definitely be back to Destin. Hopefully this unit will be available when we return? The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We arrived in Destin early in the morning and wish we could have checked in earlier. We purchased a soft pillow. The ones there were too hard. We left it and a pack of extra hangers. I am referring someone to you.

Great Location

Great Location. Work out facility is fine for about 3-4 people at one time. Building no-smoking policy not enforced, so there were people by us that smoked consistently on balcony.
