« We had a lovely stay. The house is just as shown and described, though the water is not accessible from the property. There were also two unannounced visits by groundskeepers, who while pleasant and professional, were unexpected. »

« We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Two families with a total of 5 kids ages 7-12 and we had more than enough space to spread, hang out, and enjoy Jay. « If they could add maybe a bigger refrigerator we were there for 3 days and we were missing space for the food , a cooking plaque , and the barbecue was a coal one , didnt had coal there nor fire starter or lighter. « We very much enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. It was so quiet and relaxing. The house came with everything we would need, we only needed to buy groceries. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to also be able to enjoy his time in freedom. The host was informative and helpful. We will definitely stay again! »

« Cute and affordable with plenty of character and lots to do in the area. Outdated electrical, although given the age of the property this shouldn’t be a huge surprise. We did have some minor issues with cleanliness: the Isbellita shower had a previous guest’s hair clip/hair in it and there was no laundry detergent available. Minor issues though and we had a lovely time. »

« This place is amazing! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay to the last minute. The house is spacious, with a vary well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and a huge deck where we ate all our meals. We also had a lot of fun playing pool in the basement. There is tons of activities around, so it's really hard to get bored. We recommend a visit to the Jay Peak Resort and a cab ride to the mountain top. The views from there are stunning. We would give this property 6 stars if possible. We will gladly...

« The house is absolutely gorgeous, plenty of space, tons of things to do with family - board games, kayaks, BEAUTIFUL kitchen, the lake view is astonishing, and the decor in the house is trendy and just perfect. Not to mention that it’s close to the downtown area, we had dinner at the Eastside restaurant (excellent spot), and the maple creemees at Sweet Scoops are a MUST have. We will definitely be back! « We are a group of ten from Quebec. The house was perfect for us. It cozy and well equiped. It’s near Jay peak, grocery stores and all we needed. We’ll recommand it to our friends and if we’ll return one day we’ll make an another reservation with this owner without hesitation.
