The staff was very kind and great. Manager of the restaurant was amazing and so kind. Guests were walking around barefoot and the communal gathering places seemed not clean. You can see foot prints on floor and finger prints on door. Cafe is great and convenient. Staff there was kind. Restaurant was convenient. Pool area could use some updating but for the price, worth it.

Breakfast was a cook to order flat fee of $22 (you sit down, they give you a limited menu, and you pick). Staff was helpful. Place was clean. AC stopped working in the middle of the night - air was blowing but it’s not cold air, just air. so we woke up in a 75F room. We were leaving that day so we didn’t say anything. Just had our breakfast then left.

Clean room, nice hotel. Great staff! Not the best people hanging around (but that's most of Denver) the area but they do a good job keeping the hotel secure and make you feel safe.

My only complaint as the AC in our room wasn’t cooling as much as we like but they did give us a fan to keep cool! We are from Texas and need our rooms super cold lol

Staff was amazing, it was my husbands birthday and we also celebrated Fathers Day. I ordered stuff from Amazon and had it shipped to the hotel before we arriving and Angie set the whole room up and it was amazing!

This is nice hotel, unfortunately the rooms have a moldy/musty smell. There was an issue in the room we had and the staff was super nice and moved us to another room. The second room was good but had the same smell as the previous room. The lobby is very nice and smells clean, wish the rooms smelled the same. Also, this hotel is not in a great location. There were multiple abandoned cars right behind the hotel. Lots of people that seemed to be on drugs in this area. The hotel it self seemed safe, the area around it, not so much. I would stay at a Renaissance hotel again just not this particular location.

The pool was cold but was a nice space, we didn't end up using the game room but it was fun that it was there. The parking would be nice if it was included and not a separate fee. The staff was super helpful. And it was a beautiful hotel.
