It’s clean, but it drab and smelly. I feel like I don’t even want to walk bare feet in the room. Extremely dated. They really need an upgrade. I stayed for one hour and then booked another hotel in the area.

During booking I booked for a room with 2 queen beds. But instead I only got 1 queen bed. The blankets were bad and stinky. I did asked for a another blanket but did the staff never came with another blanket.

Good Overnight stay

The hotel was very close to IGI airport T3 terminal, overall its good , rooms are spacious, staffs were really good and helpful, they have shuttle facilities for airport picup and drop.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. This hotel should be burned or something. Everyone, please stay away from this hotel. They service is extremely bad. It will better to sleep on road than this hotel. Location is terrible as well. Yes, it is close to airport but you will not feel safe here especially if you are a foreigner. So my dear American friends please avoid this location.

Wi-fi barely worked. We found the router and had to switch it on and off in order to get wifi. The bed's blanket was ripped and torn. Our bathroom had no door knob. Food was semi decent but we werent allowed to eat in "restaurant". There was one small bar of soap in bathroom, nothing else, not even towels. This hotel is ok if you absolutely need any place to spend the night. For 500 rs extra, they'll let you check in earlier if you need to.

The linen was stained horribly. It has probably never been replaced since the hotel began. Same with towels. Given that, we neither used the bed or the shower. We were not picked up at the Airport (even though we had called the phone with our time); we were dropped though. Didn't see the buffet. But that is maybe because we left before 7AM.

Room was nice Less lighting. Two of the halogen lights were not replaced and wires were hanging from the ceiling sockets. Dustbins are not clean Towels need to be replaced. Old washed are re-used multiple times. Fan needs cleaning Hot water pressure was so less that the shower button had to be pressed and held till the end of shower.
