"Our room had paint all over the tile. The shower/tub has mold in the corners. Broken faucet handle. Mold on the ceiling .The bed under the mattress was super dirty with rolling papers (that weren't ours) underneath it. The TV had a short in the wiring system so the TV would go in and out. The staff was friendly. Breakfast only had hot eggs and not much. No meat of any kind. They would only put out the flavor creamer during 6a-9a and you couldn't get more. I understand the place is sort of under construction but the room wasn't anything like the pictures shown on the site. Overall I'd give it a ⁶/¹⁰. The staff was really nice especially Mimi. She was so helpful, smiling, and curtious"

"The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but the hotel only agreed to 30% which is better than nothing, but really not enough to convince a client to come back. Disappointing."

"My family and I stayed for 4 days. As I opened the door to the room, we saw the draperies hanging off the wall and the window uncovered. We had to climb on something just to cover the window for the night. I asked for maintenance to repair it the next morning. However it was still a very poor job. 5-6 ft Drapes were hung with only about 6 hooks. There were crumbs in the desk drawer. Water stains all over the night stand and headboard. There was a large round burn on the carpet. The room did have a microwave and mini refrigerator. The coffee pot was plugged into an outlet that didn't work, so I had to move it into the bathroom. There were 3 lamps in the room, only 2 were plugged in due to shortage of electrical outlets. 1 Electrical outlet didn't have a cover at all, another one was loose and hanging from the wall. The ice machine was out of order. The continental breakfast was bagged cereal. The basket of packaged pasties only had a couple items or empty every morning. There was a gallon of milk and orange juice in the mini-fridge available, and a coffee dispenser. The wood plank flooring at the front desk was peeling so badly that I tripped. The grass had not been cut, nor the bushes trimmed. The hotel needs alot of work and a manager who can get the job done."

"There was no concession at the water park; two of the four slides were broken. There was no free breakfast as Google stated. Food was found in the air conditioning vents. The room was dirty, and the hotel grounds were poorly maintained. etc."
