Really enjoyed our stay here! The resort was a great home base — comfy beds, spotless bedding, and a super friendly host who made arrival easy. Paperwork and check‑in were smooth, underground parking was simple, and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring the region. The kitchen amenities were good as well, which made things convenient. Many guests mentioned the ripped leather couch, and that was true, but I brought a cover and the issue was completely avoided. Everything else was excellent, and we would definitely stay again.

Very good property if you are a big group of 8 .everything you need is there , plates , full size kitchen only 30 minutes from Banff. Would definitely comeback again .

The underground parking was good. The unit was comfortable and well equipped although there is definitely wear and tear on all the chairs. Hot tub is excellent and two Napoleon barbecues available for cooking. 10 min drive to Canmore centre.

Perfect for 3 people and a dog! Lots of space for dog walks and space within the condo for hanging out and eating. Make sure to get meals in before night or pick up before heading back as no one but Busters pizza place delivers

We stayed in a 1bed +den, great space, easily to live in for longer stays. Beds comfy, water pressure and temperature great, all the amenities you need. Hot tub of an evening was nice, very hot. Parking is underground and easy enough.

It was great to have room to spread out. We did have a problem occur. The staff worked promptly and diligently to resolve an issue they had never had previously. We appreciated the way they kept us informed and were very professional.

Exceptional front staff. Friendly and very helpful. We were able to get a late checkout which was lovely for a family breakfast. Condo was great size and clean. Pillows were too large for sleeping so would recommend bringing pillows. Will definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

A fantastic, spotless spot with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The mountain views are breathtaking! Dead Man's Flats is small and quiet, but the walkability to local gas stations and the coffee shop is a massive perk. Management was professional and responsive, and you can't beat how close it is to the drive into Banff.

Soundproofing between each level was bare minimum. Conversations from the room above can be heard easily. No 24/7 on-site front desk staff available. Requested a room relocation due to a high level of noise from upstairs, and the front desk staff at the time did not have a clearance to make any changes. So she had to contact her manager to resolve the issue, but the communication between the manager and the on-site staff just took forever and we finally decided to just check out. Very displeased with the quality of service provided. Oh, and the fireplace is just an electric one with no heat or fan lol.
