Clean linen and room. Fire alarm in hallway went off at 3 am and stayed on for a while, but other than that its anice quiet place in walking distance to several restaurants.

You cannot beat this property for the price. It was clean and everything worked it was just a little old but the upkeep was good. It was in a wonderful location. Everything was so close by restaurants, Starbucks, stores, pharmacy, gas station. Will go back!

The place is in need of repairs and is filthy and smells like a cat litter box with urine and feces stains in the hallways and stairs. Some towels had stains on them . Definitely just a place to lay your head for the night, if you can handle the smell. No doubt that the place is pet friendly.

Good for the price.

It was good for the money. You want an inexpensive hotel. Manager was really great!! Super nice. Breakfast was basic. It was perfect for just a place to stay. The pool was nice though I had some positives.

Prise good, staff good, friendly, but we get bad room on 1 floor ear were stinky, TV don’t work, door in closet broken, Carpet not clean. We ask change room. Get room on 2 floor. Better, clean, ear better (do not stinky). We stay 2 nights, room newer extra cleaned. Breakfast so-so. Mashing with juice dirty. Outside enter much liken water from pipe (it is looks bad and stinky). But pool good, clean. So, sorry, we will never stay again in this hotel

Quality Inn with a Bob Evans

I was travelling North on the I-75 and booked this Quality Inn for my overnight. The property is a little tired but the Staff were excellent and the room was clean and very nice. The property is directly across from a Bob Evans which makes dinner and breakfast very good.

We usually stay in Springboro, OH on the way south. This hotel is dated and don't plan on eating any breakfast. They might have coffee and a few old apples. But the room is clean and for the price, you get what you pay for.

Unpleasant Stay

The hotel smelled very musty! The room was worse even though ir was supposed to be a smoke free room. The sheets appeared not to be clean. The bathtub would not drain. The toilet location was mot suitable for a person with limited mobility. There was a lot of noise disturbance at night!!!
