Top floor condo all on same level. 2 Bedroom 2 Full bath, a spiral staircase will lead you to the 30ft Dock (w/electric ) right out your back door! Enjoy the beautiful water view from the enclosed porch! The perfect way to enjoy Lake Erie and have a fun summer experience!

This is an upstairs unit. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee pot & Keurig. 1 Queen bed, 2 single beds, 2 roll away beds. Gas Grill. Washer & Dryer in unit. Wi-Fi and 2 Smart TVs provided. 2 full baths. All linens and towels provided. Nice enclosed porch with water and wildlife views.
