"This is a fantastic hotel to stay in. The owners Jane and John go above and beyond to make your station enjoyable. The decor is beautiful and very in keeping with the age of the hotel. "Very nice property, most things required were supplied. Only disappointment was the pillows, ones supplie were old and very inferior quality plus they did not have pillow protectors on. This was the only downside "

Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little boltholeParking is available in some of the higher roads just a few minutes (but a steep climb) walk"
