★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★  
  
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.  
  
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.  
  
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waiving the requirement based on your coverage.

Adorable home, fully furnished with all essentials needed for a perfect weekend with my teen and pre-teen. We were able to do dinner out (great location to Friscos dining) and then come back to the rental to bake desserts and have a movie night. LOVED the stay and utilizing the back yard cozy setting for early coffee sunrise. Single complaint- the home seems to be heavily surveillanced and has this very obnoxious recording, “smile, you are on camera” that goes off CONSTANTLY on the front and back porch. Was mostly only an annoyance for my daughter in the front bedroom bc it woke her every time a car passed.
